This Cosmic Spa is an Energetic Sound Bath that supports you in deepening your connection to your Essence from within, allowing you to float energetically within it and surrender to it. It flows through your connection to Source and your Divine Essence, gradually permeating your human experience down into your cells and physical systems.
The structure of the Cosmic Spa is roughly as follows:
- Preparation
- Deep relaxation, heightened awareness and sensitivity, effortless release of tension and old energy, gradual energetic cleansing
Throughout the session, I’ll offer brief suggestions along with the music to broaden your experience so that you continually experience the energy in new ways.
- Deepening
Raising your frequency, deepening your connection to Source from within and your connection to Divine Essence, thereby activating and supporting the inflow of your Universal Consciousness into your human body and life from within. Above all, enjoy this process and relax deeply
- Integration
A deep calibration and resonance nourished from within, supported by the energy of the music.
